•Lead, scale, and continuously train a team of 18+ Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory associates as they execute daily operational tasks
•Oversee the inventory, receiving, and material handling workflows, processes, team members, and quality on the shop floor
•Track key performance indicators and conduct root cause analysis to optimize resources and drive on-time delivery of high-quality products
•Monitor and enforce adherence to standard operating procedures and lead by example to ensure high quality and scalable processes
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address high-priority improvement opportunities

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment that is always changing
•Experience with WMS, ERP, and/or MES/MRP systems
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
•Knowledge of how inventory counts work
•Working knowledge of Excel, Google sheets, or other spreadsheet software
