Key Responsibilities

  • •Review client KYB documentation, including corporate registration, ownership structure, proof of operations, and authorized representatives.
  • •Support contractor KYC by verifying IDs, resolving address/payment detail mismatches, and handling jurisdictional flags.
  • •Run sanctions, PEP, and adverse media checks using approved tools and procedures.
  • •Investigate payment issues such as failed payouts, payment detail changes, and cross-border payment concerns.
  • •Maintain compliance trackers and evidence folders with accurate, audit-ready case notes; escalate fraud, sanctions risk, unusual activity, or policy violations.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years of hands-on compliance experience with KYC, KYB, onboarding, or sanctions screening, ideally in payments, banking, crypto exchange, or money transmitter.
  • •Ability to review documents carefully and identify missing, inconsistent, or unclear information.
  • •Fluent written English to write clear case notes and client requests.
  • •Comfort working with spreadsheets, case queues, and multiple open cases at once.
  • •Strong attention to detail and judgment to escalate issues rather than close them.
