Banking Center Operations Coordinator

Oversee day-to-day banking center operations by supervising tellers and ensuring accurate, timely processing of customer transactions. Manage cash operations (vault, ATM, cashboxes) with strong access controls and dual control, while supporting fraud prevention and risk mitigation. Lead operational performance through compliance, audit procedures, issue resolution, and quarterly/annual audit functions. Drive client experience, coordinate training and scheduling, and make cross-sell referrals to deepen customer relationships.
