Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with stakeholders to understand capacity needs and site requirements across assigned metros and regions, and conduct data center market analysis to drive site acquisition strategy.
  • •Identify and select supplier pipelines for potential capacity growth opportunities and lead end-to-end site acquisition/procurement, including due diligence and lease deal recommendations.
  • •Manage the existing lease portfolio and drive a long-term acquisition strategy focused on cost efficiency and quality assurance.
  • •Negotiate and prepare executable contracts with landlords and cross-functional business partners, including constructing and negotiating leases and related real estate agreements.
  • •Lead cross-functional evaluations and present deal summaries/lease abstracts to key decision-makers for financial approval, coordinating teams across government, compliance, legal, finance, and engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • •Proven experience leading complex initiatives to successful completion with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • •Track record leading significant data center deals through decision and execution, including full life cycle management of infrastructure deals.
  • •Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with experience engaging executives.
  • •High proficiency in Portuguese to communicate with stakeholders in Brazil.
