Job Summary

Own leasing and acquisition of hyperscale data center capacity across the Americas to support TikTok’s infrastructure growth. Conduct data center market analysis, identify capacity pipelines, and drive site acquisition strategy and executive decisions. Lead supplier onboarding and end-to-end procurement, including due diligence, lease/contract negotiation, and approval-ready deal summaries. Manage an existing lease portfolio and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, including legal, finance, compliance, engineering, and government relationships.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with stakeholders to understand capacity needs and site requirements across assigned metros and regions, and conduct data center market analysis to drive site acquisition strategy.
•Identify and select supplier pipelines for potential capacity growth opportunities and lead end-to-end site acquisition/procurement, including due diligence and lease deal recommendations.
•Manage the existing lease portfolio and drive a long-term acquisition strategy focused on cost efficiency and quality assurance.
•Negotiate and prepare executable contracts with landlords and cross-functional business partners, including constructing and negotiating leases and related real estate agreements.
•Lead cross-functional evaluations and present deal summaries/lease abstracts to key decision-makers for financial approval, coordinating teams across government, compliance, legal, finance, and engineering.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
•Proven experience leading complex initiatives to successful completion with strong organizational and project management skills.
•Track record leading significant data center deals through decision and execution, including full life cycle management of infrastructure deals.
•Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with experience engaging executives.
•High proficiency in Portuguese to communicate with stakeholders in Brazil.
