Job Summary

Support a global Kronos (UKG) Workforce Management AMS engagement as a senior technical consultant. Own application transition and steady-state readiness, provide Level 2/3 production support, troubleshoot integration, interface, and performance issues, and perform root-cause analysis with permanent fixes. Maintain high availability by monitoring health, supporting deployments, patching, upgrades, and releases, and enhance reporting and integrations (APIs, SQL/XML/JSON) while driving continuous improvement and governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in transition planning and knowledge transfer, including reviewing technical architecture, integrations, interfaces, customizations, and security configurations.
•Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support for Kronos/UKG Workforce Management, troubleshooting integration, interface, and performance issues.
•Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes to resolve recurring issues.
•Support production deployments, patching, upgrades, and release activities while monitoring application health for high availability.
•Develop and maintain workforce reports and data extracts, support payroll interfaces and reconciliation, and support continuous improvement of integrations and automation opportunities.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of UKG/Kronos technical support experience.
•Strong knowledge of Workforce Central and/or UKG Dimensions.
•Experience with REST APIs, SOAP web services, SQL, XML, and JSON.
•Troubleshoot application, integration, interface, and performance issues to support business-critical environments.
•Support production deployments, patching, upgrades, and release activities while ensuring high system availability.
