Key Responsibilities

  • •Own plan program management for on-site clinics/pharmacies and voluntary benefits (dental, vision, life insurance, LTD, AD&PL, mental health, family support, executive physicals, commuter benefits).
  • •Monitor vendor performance against SLAs/PGs, manage risk/compliance tasks with Enterprise Supplier Management, and oversee vendor governance.
  • •Maintain issue logs and drive escalation resolution; manage annual program implementation changes and ensure they are properly implemented and tested.
  • •Handle tier-3 associate escalations end-to-end, partner with vendors to resolve, and implement process solutions to prevent recurring errors.
  • •Support RFP/RFI activities for new or expiring programs and develop analytics and SOPs to drive continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 109,900 - 137,900 annually

  • •Experience managing vendors and ensuring adherence to service-level agreements and performance guarantees.
  • •Ability to independently drive complex operational work forward with support from internal and external partners.
  • •Experience handling tier-3 employee escalations, investigating root causes, and implementing process improvements.
  • •Strong program administration skills, including managing annual implementation changes and maintaining accurate issue logs.
