•Own architecture, deployment, and lifecycle of high-performance storage platforms spanning file, block, and object workloads globally.
•Automate provisioning and configuration of storage infrastructure using Terraform and infrastructure-as-code (storage as code with auditable deployments).
•Build and own observability for the storage fleet, including proactive alerting and capacity/performance dashboards.
•Participate in storage upgrades, data migrations, and troubleshooting to maintain reliability and stability.

•Deep hands-on expertise automating enterprise storage platforms at scale, including Dell PowerScale/OneFS and/or NetApp/ONTAP (SMB/NFS, snapshots, replication, tiering, quotas, performance tuning).
•Strong Terraform skills (modules, state, providers) and a proven track record of automating storage and adjacent infrastructure provisioning.
•Ability to break down complex systems into components and optimize them individually and together.
•Collaborative, data-driven approach to observability, analytics, and operational excellence, instrumenting systems for deep visibility into capacity, performance, and health.
