Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs from product requirements and architectural direction
  • •Own complex backend features and services from technical design through delivery
  • •Improve existing backend services, including debugging and resolving production issues
  • •Implement solutions using distributed systems, messaging/event streaming, caches, and NoSQL data stores
  • •Write and maintain unit and integration tests, and participate in technical design and code reviews

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years building and maintaining backend services and APIs from product requirements
  • •Strong hands-on experience with Java or Kotlin
  • •Experience with backend frameworks such as Micronaut or Spring Boot
  • •Strong experience in distributed systems and microservice environments
  • •Experience with messaging/event streaming, NoSQL databases, distributed caches, and CI/CD pipelines
