Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive data conversion activities for Workday projects, including converting legacy data and supporting conversion validation.
  • •Support client mapping of legacy data and identify data quality issues during conversion.
  • •Manage Workday project goals in line with leadership direction.
  • •Support reporting, analytics, and communication to project and client leadership, including presentations.
  • •Identify process improvements and changes to conversion methodology based on project experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Deliver Workday data conversion workstreams for 1+ HCM, Financials, or Student implementations across at least two phases.
  • •Excellent written and oral communication skills with the interpersonal ability to build trust and collaborate quickly.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, math, engineering, computer science, MIS, statistics, data analytics, or related field.
  • •Convert data into Workday using Huron and Workday loading tools; validate data loaded into Workday with high proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
  • •Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday data conversion experience using iLoads, EIBs, Customer Central or other Workday data conversion tools.
