Customer Sales Associate

Serve as a trusted advisor for customers at Trane Supply stores, helping resolve parts and equipment issues and delivering high-quality parts and solutions. You’ll support customer needs by processing orders and inquiries, executing accurate quote and order management, staying current on product offerings and promotions, and identifying related add-on products to grow sales. The role includes phone and in-person customer interaction and assistance with warehouse/inventory tasks as needed.
