Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize production equipment layouts using industrial engineering principles to improve material flow, footprint efficiency, and factory output.
  • •Maintain up-to-date layout documentation reflecting planned tool installations, relocations, upgrades, and removals in the ramp-plan layout.
  • •Conduct onsite assessments with Facilities and tool owners to validate feasibility, verify constraints, and ensure layouts match operational conditions.
  • •Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Facilities to communicate layout changes, resolve constraints, and align planning and execution.
  • •Use AI-assisted tools and insights to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness within scope while complying with standards and legal requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Strong critical-thinking skills to analyze constraints, evaluate trade-offs, and support data-driven layout decisions.
  • •Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate clearly to drive alignment.
  • •Comfort with fast-paced, rapidly changing environments and a motivated, adaptable work style.
  • •Physically able to work in a cleanroom and perform onsite checks; basic coding/programming knowledge is an advantage.
