Job Summary

Lead and support multidisciplinary land development projects across Ontario, guiding work from concept through construction. Design and oversee municipal infrastructure such as watermains, wastewater systems, stormwater facilities, site servicing, and roadway networks. Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, and risks, while navigating municipal, provincial, and federal approvals. Provide strategic technical guidance to clients, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor emerging engineers and designers.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional land development projects from concept to construction.
•Design and oversee municipal infrastructure including watermains, wastewater systems, stormwater management facilities, site servicing, and roadway networks.
•Manage project performance by overseeing scope, budgets, schedules, resources, and project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
•Navigate municipal, provincial, and federal approval processes to advance projects efficiently and effectively.
•Support business growth with proposal development, fee estimates, and pursuit strategies, and mentor emerging engineers and designers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 95,000 - 130,800 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of progressive experience in municipal engineering or land development involving water, wastewater, stormwater, and roadway systems.
•Professional Engineer designation (P.Eng.) in Ontario with experience engaging municipalities, agencies, and key stakeholders.
•Proven ability to lead complex, multi-phase infrastructure and land development projects.
•Strong knowledge of municipal design standards, environmental regulations, and approval processes across Ontario.
•Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D, with experience in multidisciplinary project environments.
