Key Responsibilities

•Own electrical architecture and system-level design for high-speed digital communication, defining how RF and mixed-signal designs and multi-layer PCBs fit together.
•Define system-level architecture for multi-gigabit networking and complex digital power trees, driving system trades across the product.
•Set technical direction and review schematic capture, layout, and bring-up for digital systems including FPGAs and microcontrollers and peripherals.
•Collaborate across hardware and software teams with RF, antenna, FPGA, and firmware engineers to optimize system performance and design.
•Guide prototype testing and performance assessment in the lab and field, and partner with production teams to support testable and manufacturable products.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 122,400 - 255,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5-7+ years of professional experience in electrical design, operating at the system or architecture level.
•Proficiency in high-density/high-speed design, including FPGAs, high-speed data converters, SerDes, and 10/100 GigE networking (including JESD204C).
•Proficiency in schematic capture and strong PCB layout design.
•Experience troubleshooting EMI/EMC (conducted or radiated).
•Knowledge of PCB materials and board stack-up definition; experience across full product lifecycle from concept through production.
