Key Responsibilities

•Use system and business knowledge to support delivery teams and ensure business requirements are correctly captured and understood.
•Turn product vision into requirements by helping define epics, mapping customer journeys, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
•Create user stories for functional requirements including non-customer-facing and backend-driven areas (e.g., interest processing, data exchange, account creation).
•Assist tech leads with end-to-end functional flows, data models, and interface specifications.
•Host refinement sessions, review developed work against expectations, analyze functional defects, and help with test planning and strategy (CIT/SIT).

Key Requirements

•At least 4-5 years of relevant IT experience, including exposure to business analysis, systems analysis, and functional testing.
•Familiarity with business analysis practice in line with BABOK guidelines.
•Experience prioritising work to deliver services to agreed levels in a diverse, changing environment.
•Ability to effectively coordinate delivery of services involving multiple internal/external teams.
•Experience using JIRA and Visio; prior Agile methodology experience is required (story slicing and story point estimation).
