Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop scalable partner onboarding and readiness frameworks across APAC, including partner portal and AI sales tool adoption.
  • •Deliver technical and sales readiness programs such as workshops, boot camps, hands-on labs, and architecture sessions for partner engineers.
  • •Train partner account executives on competitive positioning, customer discovery, business outcomes, and industry use cases.
  • •Measure and track partner readiness metrics, certification progress, and program participation, and deliver executive readouts.
  • •Support partner solution design reviews, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, customer workshops, and provide structured partner feedback to improve programs and tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 160,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in systems engineering, technical sales, channel sales, partner programs, sales operations, enablement, training, or customer success.
  • •Strong understanding of enterprise networking technologies including switching, wireless, cloud networking, security, automation, and AI.
  • •Ability to present to both technical and business audiences and simplify complex concepts into repeatable partner motions.
  • •Experience working with indirect sales, channel partners, distributors, or alliance ecosystems.
  • •Willingness to travel across APAC as required.
