Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, manage, and direct facilities projects for in-station, overseas, and UAE initiatives, including fit-out and renovation work.
  • •Analyse user requirements to support on-time delivery, minimise deviations, and develop standardised specifications and costings.
  • •Coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to secure efficient completion certification and review progress reports against schedule, quality, design, and cost.
  • •Establish and implement interior design standards, ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and building standards.
  • •Negotiate and review material and design approvals from consultants, contractors, and suppliers, and manage construction/renovation activities with Facilities commercial to support space planning standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Architecture or a related field, preferably with specialization in interior design and project management.
  • •8 years of experience in Facilities, Maintenance, or other related fields.
  • •Experience delivering large-scale commercial or corporate fit-out and refurbishment projects, including contractor, consultant, and stakeholder management.
  • •Strong cost control skills, including budgeting and value engineering.
  • •Knowledge of regulatory/statutory compliance and contract/vendor management.
