Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with regional and business line teams on priority pursuits, including pre-positioning, RFQ/RFP responses, and shortlist interviews.
•Lead and manage large, complex, priority must-win pursuits from capture through interview stage, providing leadership and ownership of proposal production and tailored content.
•Manage team performance and ensure compliant, quality deliverables across the Federal portfolio; provide mentoring, coaching, and cross-skilling initiatives.
•Monitor and report on must-win pursuit progress, including serving as a color team and/or compliance reviewer and facilitating color/quality reviews.
•Lead go/no-go, capture strategies, greenlight analyses, debriefs, and lessons learned; support initiatives and special projects including integrating AI into proposal processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field plus 8+ years of relevant experience (or an equivalent education/experience combination).
•3+ years of people-management experience, including recruiting, developing, mentoring, and retaining talent.
•Working knowledge of the Architecture/Engineering (A/E) industry with emphasis on U.S. Federal clients and proposals.
•Proven ability to lead complex, multi-discipline and/or multi-geography proposals valued over $20 million.
•Strong writing/editing skills and proficiency with desktop publishing and design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
