Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a regional expert for Canada employee lifecycle events and HR functions.
  • •Provide senior-level support to customer inquiries with guidance on Canadian compliance, benefits, payroll, and related HR matters.
  • •Manage local Canadian payroll providers, benefits brokers, HR advisors, and other partners.
  • •Support off-boarding and terminations to ensure compliance with Canadian labour laws.
  • •Maintain customer and professional data in online portals and vendor platforms, and lead end-to-end compliance projects while improving HR operations workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA or higher in Human Resources, International Business, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of HR experience as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, and/or HR Business Partner.
  • •Strong knowledge of HR practices and Canadian employment laws for in-country compliance and minimizing legal risk.
  • •Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize while working independently and collaboratively.
  • •Excellent written and spoken communication in English and French (oral and written fluency).
