Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style and service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise, and drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and support repeat purchases.
•Complete daily store operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.
•Support inventory cycles (receive shipments, stock shelves, manage product movement) and process transactions including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical tasks including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), and climbing/bending/kneeling to maneuver sales floor and stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred).
