Dry Etch Equipment Maintenance Technician

Maintain and improve wafer fab dry etch equipment for Broadcom’s Wireless Semiconductor Division, supporting both existing and new processes and equipment sets. Apply extensive equipment knowledge to perform complex, specialized tasks with minimal supervision, following documented procedures. Troubleshoot issues, use data-driven metrics and modules (SPC, CMMS/work orders) to optimize performance, and contribute to equipment availability, MTTR/MTBF, quality, yield, productivity, and cost reduction. Work cross-functionally with engineering and production teams.
