Develop and deliver sales enablement content that helps sellers succeed across Field Enablement and go-to-market teams. Create presentations, collateral, scripts, one-sheeters, infographics, and newsletters tailored by role, and incorporate multimedia (videos, animations, graphics) to improve engagement and learning retention. Manage content in LMS/CMS systems, update materials to meet brand standards, and measure content effectiveness to continuously evolve training resources.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Field Enablement and go-to-market teams to develop and design content supporting GTM movements.
•Design and create role-tailored sales enablement presentations, collateral, scripts, supporting assets, and one-sheeters while maintaining brand consistency.
•Develop multimedia enablement materials (videos, animations, graphics) and build/edit video presentations and online learning.
•Evaluate, update, and evolve existing content based on brand standards and effectiveness metrics, in collaboration with the Content Lead.
•Manage and organize enablement content in the LMS/CMS to keep materials current and tailor content for sales roles and segments.

Key Requirements

•2+ years SaaS sales experience.
•3+ years in content design.

•Experience creating enablement content or training materials for sales (e.g., presentations, supporting assets, training plans).
•Proficiency with graphic/presentation tools and learning/L&D content management software (LMS/CMS).
