Job Summary

Promote Online Resources in Malaysia as part of the APAC commercial team. Build and execute a Malaysia sales strategy, maximize revenue, maintain a healthy pipeline, and cultivate strong relationships with agents, channel partners, and customers. Travel within Malaysia for new opportunities while sharing knowledge with the wider Taylor & Francis sales groups to drive growth and recurring business.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement a sales strategy for Malaysia to grow Online Resources within the APAC region.
•Maximize sales revenue to meet or exceed targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
•Travel within Malaysia to pursue new opportunities and nurture existing client relationships for upselling and repeat business.
•Build and manage relationships with agents and channel partners to expand reach and influence.
•Share knowledge and best practices with the wider Taylor & Francis product and sales teams to drive alignment and growth.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in Malaysia
•Bachelor’s degree in Business

•Strong relationship-building and communication skills; proficient with MS Office and CRM databases
