2nd Shift Supervisor

Supervise the production department’s overall operations across multiple departments and shifts, driving cost, profit, and production goals. Manage and motivate teams, coach employees, and evaluate performance while ensuring compliance with UFP policies and applicable law. Lead continuous improvement and safety initiatives, participate in the Safety Committee, maintain inventory and records, and resolve production problems using production and quality programs.
