Key Responsibilities

  • •Scope and implement best-practice business analysis methodologies to deliver client value through structured outputs, processes, and ways of working.
  • •Document As-Is states (processes, systems landscapes, user journeys), identify To-Be states, and perform gap analysis with stakeholders.
  • •Elicit, capture, and prioritise requirements throughout the project lifecycle, and manage backlogs to maintain requirements capture coherence across workstreams.
  • •Manage data capture and validation; support data analysts with systems/models, analyze model output, and support decision-making using outputs.
  • •Lead assurance activities by testing systems/models against requirements, conducting assurance checks, and producing project communications and progress reports while liaising with clients, contractors, and designers.

Key Requirements

  • •Already hold a very high level UK government security clearance (essential).
  • •Previous consultancy and delivery experience in the National Security sector (with appropriate clearances).
  • •Apply Business Analysis methodologies in a client environment to create structured outputs and ways of working.
  • •Experience eliciting, capturing, and prioritising requirements across the project lifecycle, including backlog management, in Agile development teams.
  • •Comfortable with technical requirements translation and working with tools such as Power BI and SQL, and knowledge of capabilities like Power Platform and SharePoint (desired).
