Job Summary

Lead the Transaction Services function for Credit Operations in India, responsible for end-to-end transition services delivery and ongoing operational execution. You’ll oversee loan administration, loan agency, collateral/document management, corporate trust, and portfolio risk distribution—ensuring consistent local delivery, strong controls, SLAs/OKRs/KPIs, and governance participation. Drive cost-out, process simplification, digital and automation initiatives, and people leadership across TS teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead implementation and ongoing operational delivery of Transition Services within Transaction Services, covering pre- and post-approval credit administration.
•Direct TS teams in India to deliver business objectives via PLAs, SLAs, and OKRs, ensuring consistent delivery, oversight, and assurance.
•Manage country costs versus FRP budget, including resource demand/supply, cost-out targets, and performance via KRIs and KPIs.
•Drive operational improvements through best-in-class process, unit processing time improvements, and leveraging digital solutions and automation.
•Provide leadership for talent reviews, succession planning, annual performance management, inclusive culture, and governance participation in country forums.

Key Requirements

•Expertise in credit and lending processes and extensive operations management, with a proven track record of delivery.
•Strong knowledge of operationalizing policies and procedures to manage credit, operational, regulatory, and reputational risk in line with bank standards.
•Deep understanding of the Group and Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) business, including products, propositions, services, and systems.
•Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels.
•Ability to lead transformation and continuous improvement, manage KRIs/KPIs and service quality, and drive automation of manual controls.
