Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with global business, employment legal, and HR teams to develop and implement works council strategies and initiatives.
  • •Research works council policy and process trends/best practices and identify key topics for works council management.
  • •Participate in works council meetings on site and act as an interface, supporting negotiations and preparing related documents and reports.
  • •Advise business leaders and HRBPs on works council and co-determination issues, handling questions of co-determination and labor law.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional global HR teams to assist with implementation of global/regional HR projects as the EMEA regional coordinator.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in HR, Business, Operations, Data, or related fields.
  • •Experience in human resources or labour relations.
  • •Outstanding communication, negotiation, mediation, and strategic writing skills.
  • •Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • •Desirable experience in employment legal and employee/industrial relations, especially works councils matters.
