Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and lead comprehensive capacity planning across power, cooling, space, and availability, including rack/row/room forecasting.
  • •Define and iterate upon infrastructure capacity requirements and reporting benchmarks to ensure accurate forecasting workflows.
  • •Directly own regular physical audit execution and readiness, ensuring asset and capacity data integrity for SOC 2 and SOX compliance.
  • •Support project management by tracking, creating, and enforcing SLAs and overseeing equipment end-of-life (EOL) planning and decommissioning.
  • •Lead and grow a small team of engineers responsible for optimizing capacity across the global footprint as needs expand.
