Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, motivate, and develop the QA team; harmonize QA activities and practices.
  • •Act as the QA focal point for other areas and for project(s) throughout assembly, integration, and AIT phases.
  • •Promote a preventive quality mindset and ensure implementation of core quality processes (e.g., non-conformities management, root cause analysis, NRB, quality authorization, operational surveillance).
  • •Provide QA documentation (Quality Assurance Plan, Quality Control Plan, inspection reports) and coordinate inspection services in the cleanroom.
  • •Coordinate QA execution for AIT phases, including incoming/outgoing inspections, manage non-conformities/deviations, organize Integration Readiness Reviews, and consolidate the QA budget/resources.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree (or equivalent, e.g., Physics, Chemistry).
  • •At least 5 years of experience in the quality domain for space sector projects.
  • •Experience coordinating people.
  • •Fluent in Spanish (at least C1) and English.
  • •Good communication and stakeholder management skills; objectives-oriented.
