Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and govern the dbt project structure (staging → intermediate → marts).
  • •Establish dbt standards for naming, testing, materializations, and macros.
  • •Design incremental models and snapshot strategies (non-CDC).
  • •Perform code reviews to ensure consistency across SWP and IMS.
  • •Optimize dbt performance and provide technical guidance to Data Engineers; partner with Informatica SMEs to validate translation approaches.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7+ years of SQL-based transformation experience.
  • •3+ years hands-on experience with dbt Core or dbt Cloud.
  • •Strong data modeling experience with dimensional/analytics models.
