Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate construction equipment and small power tools to excavate, load, or move materials supporting base maintenance and infrastructure repairs.
  • •Perform site preparation and carry out repair work on rigid and flexible pavements, including forming, placing, finishing, and sealing.
  • •Make temporary and/or permanent repairs to base fencing.
  • •Install and maintain street signage.
  • •Read and interpret work orders, parts requests, drawings/schematics/blueprints, and manuals; maintain required operating forms and records; respond to emergency repair calls.
