Use a staple gun/nail gun, troubleshoot equipment, attach corner protectors and loading sticks, and strap and label quantities before leaving the work area. Maintain tag inventory, record production on sheets, keep the workspace organized, and support other areas as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Safely handle lumber products and materials, moving and securing them per instructions.
•Stack finished products into predetermined bundle sizes and/or customer requirements.
•Label, tag, and apply individual tags based on type, size, and count specifications.
•Use a staple gun and troubleshoot equipment; band, bundle, and secure material including corner protectors and loading sticks.
•Maintain tag inventory, record production on production sheets, keep the work area clean, and support other areas as required.

Key Requirements

•No minimum experience required; manufacturing or lumber experience is preferred.
•High school diploma/GED preferred but not required.
•Working knowledge of basic math.
•Ability to use a nail gun safely (or willingness to learn).
•Must be at least 18 years of age and able to lift/handle lumber and completed pallets.
