Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the Detail Shop process “First Time Right” quality standard is applied by detailers.
  • •Inspect each team member’s work, identify vehicles not meeting company standards, and communicate with team members in a positive, collaborative manner.
  • •Ensure proper techniques and procedures are followed; train team members on standard operating procedures for vehicle detail.
  • •Assist on the detail line and perform final detail tasks as needed.
  • •Log vehicle information into the computer after inspection and photograph/stage vehicles per standards; maintain a clean, safe work environment and report incidents.
