Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform internal corrosion control duties, including coupon extraction/insertion, chemical injection pump adjustments, and swab runs.
  • •Conduct CP inspections, interrupted annual/periodic surveys, and verify polarity and half-cells in accordance with NACE standards.
  • •Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair rectifiers, solar rectifiers, and RMUs; verify P/S readings and tap settings (Volt/Amp).
  • •Review and interpret cathodic protection (CP) data; perform field testing (test stations, foreign interference, isolation points, critical bonds, shorted casings) and develop remedial action plans.
  • •Supervise contractors and perform surveys/tests such as CIS/Depolarization, DCVG, ECDA, and ultrasonic thickness testing; support regulatory inspections.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in pipeline or related operations.
  • •NACE Corrosion Technician or Corrosion Technologist certification.
  • •Knowledge of internal corrosion control measures and PCS/CPDM software applications.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • •Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
