Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and grow the EMEA-based FSEE TPM team, mentoring Technical Program Managers and building a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
  • •Define TPM operating models, delivery standards, governance, and reporting mechanisms for cross-functional programs.
  • •Partner with engineering, product, architecture, and operations leaders to drive execution of strategic initiatives across FSEE and align practices across regions.
  • •Own engineering business operations, including annual planning, quarterly business reviews, goal setting, and leadership operating cadences.
  • •Drive operational excellence via metrics, dashboards, KPIs, organizational design/workforce planning, and risk/opportunity identification to improve effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years leading complex technical programs within software, platform, infrastructure, cloud, or related engineering organizations.
  • •5+ years managing Technical Program Managers, Program Managers, or similar functions.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders and influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • •Strong people leadership experience building, developing, and growing high-performing teams.
  • •Experience with annual planning, portfolio management, organizational operations, and executive reviews.
