Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the key resource and SME on import/export compliance and daily operational activities.
  • •Resolve daily import compliance and/or clearance issues with Customs brokers and 3rd party logistics providers.
  • •Communicate with government agencies as needed regarding import compliance (CBP, FDA, EPA, FWS, etc.).
  • •Maintain and update permits/registrations related to import activities and monitor CBP notifications.
  • •Provide daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting and KPIs to identify risk areas and drive improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university or relevant experience.
  • •2-5 years of experience in Customs compliance, international transportation and/or logistics operations.
  • •Licensed Customs Broker is preferred.
