Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a technical lead and project manager for multi-media environmental compliance programs.
  • •Manage and execute compliance projects for air, water, waste, stormwater, SPCC, EPCRA, TRI, RCRA, TSCA, and state-specific programs.
  • •Interpret and apply federal, state, and local environmental regulations to prepare reports, permits, compliance plans, and corrective action documentation.
  • •Interface directly with clients and regulatory agencies, including preparing for inspections and supporting agency interactions.
  • •Support proposal development, scope definition, cost estimating, work planning, and provide technical mentoring and quality review for junior staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • •7 to 15+ years of progressive experience in environmental compliance consulting or industry.
  • •Strong working knowledge of U.S. EPA regulations and Northeast state programs (CT, MA, NY, RI, NH, ME, VT).
  • •Proven experience managing projects and client relationships.
  • •Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
