Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for facilities mechanical systems to maximize uptime and reliability.
  • •Respond to and troubleshoot mechanical system issues and production interruptions.
  • •Plan, design, and lead mechanical engineering projects, including new construction, system upgrades, and quality improvements.
  • •Track and plan mechanical system capacity; maintain maintenance records and equipment fault history traceability.
  • •Use 8D and 5 Whys for troubleshooting, initiate energy savings/sustainability projects, and manage procurement for upkeep of facilities equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
  • •Mechanical system design/engineering background (e.g., HVAC, exhaust systems) is an advantage.
  • •Familiarity with sustainability efforts such as electricity, waste, and water reduction is a plus.
  • •Ability to perform automation using MS Office suite; Excel VBA is a plus.
  • •Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus, with leadership and impact highly desirable.
