  • •Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations, ensuring safety, regulatory and environmental standards are met.
  • •Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet performance targets and the delivery of monthly shipments.
  • •Lead, mentor and develop a high performing logistics team with accountability, collaboration and innovation.
  • •Manage relationships with 3PLs, carriers, and suppliers; negotiate contracts and SLAs; champion the use of logistics technologies and support digital transformation initiatives.
  • •Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years experience working in Customer Service, Planning, and other Supply Chain roles.
  • •Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
