Key Responsibilities

•Own day-to-day product execution for Crypto Core: priorities, specs, delivery, and quality across multi-chain transaction processing and wallet management.
•Act as the primary link between engineering, operations, and compliance — translating complex operational needs into technical builds.
•Manage and evolve operational relationships with custody and rail providers: BitGo, Fireblocks, Ripple, and Lightspark.
•Coordinate cross-squad dependencies with Nexus (orchestration) and Gearbox (reconciliation), ensuring systemic integrity across Money Movement.
•Identify reliability gaps and operational risks before they become incidents — and drive systematic resolution when they do.
