Job Summary

Own email deliverability guidance for Hightouch customers and internal teams. Advise on deliverability challenges, lead high-volume senders through migrations with IP warm-up, and build ISP relationships to improve inbox placement. Perform post-warm-up deliverability assessments, translate bounce/complaint/engagement data into clear recommendations, and partner with engineering and product to inform customer success and product direction.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a deliverability advisor, helping teams and customers navigate email deliverability challenges with consistent guidance.
•Lead migration management for high-volume senders, managing IP warm-up and transitions to protect sending reputation.
•Build and maintain ISP relationships to support strong deliverability outcomes.
•Conduct deliverability assessments after warm-up and deliver actionable reporting based on results.
•Provide strategic improvements over time and enable internal/external understanding of deliverability best practices while collaborating with engineering and product.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5–10 years of experience in email deliverability, messaging infrastructure, or a closely related technical discipline.
•Working knowledge of email deliverability fundamentals, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, plus IP and domain reputation.
•Experience managing or supporting IP warm-up and sender reputation through migrations or platform transitions.
•Comfort analyzing deliverability data (bounce rates, complaint rates, engagement metrics) and turning findings into recommendations.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
