Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regular analytical audits of human moderation, ensuring processes comply with data protection and Trust & Safety standards while meeting audit targets (Accuracy, RCA, Appeal success rates).
  • •Perform deep-dives into recurring quality issues using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), identify error patterns, and translate findings into actionable feedback for guidelines and operations teams.
  • •Interpret and curate safety policies for complex, ambiguous, or high-risk cases, including validating “golden sets” to guide enforcement accuracy.
  • •Lead calibration sessions to ensure consistency across moderation teams and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive global quality goals.
  • •Leverage AI and QA tools to generate weekly/monthly reports on accuracy, error trends, and policy gaps, and support training rollouts for new policy and operational guideline updates.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of experience conducting analytical audits, tracking quality targets, and maintaining data integrity in a trust & safety or high-volume operational environment.
  • •Strong ownership and problem-solving skills, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA), identifying error patterns, and proposing process optimizations to reduce errors while maintaining moderation speed.
  • •Deep understanding of content policies and SOPs, with the ability to make judgments on complex or high-risk escalation cases.
  • •Excellent cross-functional communication skills to lead calibration sessions, deliver training, and align stakeholders on global quality goals.
  • •Fluency in Japanese (required) and English, plus data visualization/reporting skills and the ability to use QA/calibration tools and AI to streamline workflows.
