Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain treasury policies, procedures, and controls to assure compliance with Treasury policies, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Review daily/monthly treasury journal entries and prepare and submit monthly treasury general ledger reporting.
  • •Prepare month-end/quarter-end reports for short-term debt, long-term debt, and investments; reconcile reports against bank statements.
  • •File and process required reports for multiple state jurisdictions and support rating agency reporting and responses to rate case questions.
  • •Administer procurement card and travel & entertainment card programs; partner with IT to maintain and troubleshoot treasury management systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have a Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or cash management, or a Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience.
  • •Advanced knowledge of software applications to create spreadsheet models, documents, reports, and graphics.
  • •Experience maintaining functional area policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with Treasury policies, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Communication skills to communicate, persuade, and influence internal customers on technical and complex matters.
  • •Numeric skills to apply moderately complex statistical and accounting methods.
