Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, optimize, and maintain robust Java backend services integrating AI components, LLM orchestration, and external AI APIs.
  • •Build end-to-end AI applications using LangChain/LlamaIndex (and LangChain4j) for RAG and autonomous workflows.
  • •Set up and maintain MLOps workflows for model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD automation, and dataset management.
  • •Ensure software system reliability, scalability, and security within the TSEED1 ecosystem.
  • •Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and domain experts to productionize AI into microservices.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 successful experience in AI.
  • •Strong Java development skills, including object-oriented design, REST APIs, and Spring Boot.
  • •Hands-on Python experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
  • •Experience with MLOps practices and DevOps tooling, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • •Experience with vector stores (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB, Qdrant, pgvector) for context retrieval; autonomous problem-solving skills in a transnational environment.
