Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform quoting, underwriting, price negotiation, and telemarketing for an assigned geographic territory while meeting credit and profitability standards.
  • •Build and develop agent client relationships by delivering timely quotes, contracts, and requested information.
  • •Make outbound calls to solicit and improve sales opportunities and track relationship-level sales data in CRM.
  • •Report lost quote opportunities and relevant marketing intelligence for the territory.
  • •Coordinate with Loan Processing to review documents for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance, and support approval of loans within assigned authority.
