Key Responsibilities

  • •Rotate across Customer Success and Customer Services & Delivery business units (LoB), including at least two mandatory customer-facing rotations.
  • •Participate in customer-facing rotation activities such as sales, presales, customer success management, consulting & delivery, and partner business management.
  • •Lead at least one STAR Project to build project management, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Support bootcamp and onboarding by designing and delivering onboarding experiences for new STARs.
  • •Contribute to STAR engagement through learning sessions, workshops, internal communications/content, and outreach to attract future STAR talent.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Currently studying Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or General Business-related specializations.
  • •Have at least 12+ months remaining until completion of your undergraduate studies.
  • •Able to work 5 days per week while staying flexible for required university classes.
  • •Passionate about business AI, technology, innovation, and digital platforms/applications.
  • •Strong presence and excellent communication skills in English (additional language is a plus).
