  • •Develop, consult on, and implement SH&E programs and initiatives, embedding them into project planning and delivery.
  • •Lead relevant risk management activities, including audit and assurance programs, and support incident investigations to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • •Monitor performance trends and convert insights into actionable plans for continuous improvement.
  • •Champion psychosocial risk management and mental health initiatives within the ANZ SHE Team network.

Key Requirements

  • •Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline, plus a recognised NEBOSH (or equivalent) professional qualification.
  • •Lead Auditor and ICAM Investigator certification, with experience in incident investigation and auditing for actionable outcomes.
  • •Significant experience in a senior SH&E business partnering role (or similar) within engineering, infrastructure, or professional services.
  • •Proven track record developing and implementing health, safety and environmental procedures and initiatives.
  • •Strong understanding of SH&E risk management principles and how to apply them in complex environments.
