Job Summary

KYC Officer responsible for end-to-end Know Your Customer processes, onboarding and ongoing screening of Corporate and Bank customers, and collaborating with Legal, Sales and Product teams to ensure regulatory compliance across a global network.

Location: Manila

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct Know Your Customer analysis, including research from government records, vendor databases and reliable public sources on customers, connected parties and ownership structures.
•Perform screening on new customers and beneficial owners to identify adverse media, sanctions and PEP hits.
•Analyse historical transactions of existing customers to identify additional risks to the firm.
•Communicate with new clients and account managers on outstanding items after gap analysis.
•Participate in different projects under the supervision of the Manager.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of end-to-end KYC experience focusing on corporate and bank customers, including Corporate KYC.
•Bachelor’s degree and/or professional compliance qualification (e.g., ICA, ACAMS, CFE).
•Experience using name screening tools such as World-Check.
•Strong risk and regulatory compliance experience in a financially regulated environment.
•Good understanding of payment products and corporate organizational structures.
