Key Responsibilities

•Define and help drive the Air Defense Software team roadmap with partner engineering teams, ensuring programs and staffing align with the roadmap.
•Autonomously execute on broad or ambiguous requirements to deliver outcomes across multiple simultaneous programs.
•Partner with engineering leaders to drive program execution and team velocity across groups of software teams and across departments.
•Manage, unblock, and accelerate cross-team projects, instilling efficient project management workflows and mindset.
•Track, communicate, and escalate key cross-team dependencies and execution issues; remove obstacles and propose technical alternatives when needed.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, Engineering Manager, or Engineer in a software development environment.
•Strong technical aptitude to understand technical designs, the software development lifecycle, and related challenges/risks.
•Solid process and organization skills with strong written and verbal communication.
•Ability to describe the shape of a problem and work through solutions, including running projects with little oversight.
•Experience managing execution/prioritization and using analytical/communication skills to drive decisions. “
