Key Responsibilities

•Plan, coordinate, execute, and manage complex PX initiatives and cross-functional programs end to end.
•Define program scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, risks, dependencies, and success measures with PX leaders.
•Establish operating rhythms and governance, monitor progress, and manage risks and issues with integrated program plans.
•Design and implement change management strategies to drive adoption, sustainability, and leader effectiveness.
•Provide executive-ready communications and reporting (dashboards, status reports, action plans, decision logs, and risk registers).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 212,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development) or equivalent experience.
•8+ years leading complex programs, transformation initiatives, or organizational change efforts in an HR/PX or related environment.
•Experience managing enterprise-wide, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders in high-growth or similarly complex environments.
•Strong program and project management skills, including planning, governance, risk management, and execution across multiple workstreams.
•Hands-on change management experience, including stakeholder analysis, communications, training, and reinforcement plans.
