Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform detailed inspections of all parts and/or assemblies.
  • •Ensure engineering drawings match the product inspection.
  • •Use manufacturing shop floor systems to verify products are built to standards and provide training as needed.
  • •Identify, document, and record non-conforming parts and assemblies in the database.
  • •Partner with Production Leaders, Team Leaders, and assembly operators to implement corrective measures and prevent non-conformances.

Key Requirements

  • •High school degree (or equivalent) with 3 years of related work experience OR an associate degree in a related field.

  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Ability to stand or walk for an entire shift and work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
